Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Fourthwall is seeking a remote Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimise parcel shipping operations for a US‑based client. You will own day‑to‑day execution of domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily performance of domestic, international and regional parcel carriers, tracking on‑time delivery, transit times, exceptions and claims.
• Conduct rate shopping, service selection and carrier routing to balance customer experience with shipping cost targets.
• Ensure cross‑border shipments comply with IOSS, UK VAT, duties, taxes and country‑specific import rules, minimising customs delays.
• Maintain reliability of shipping platforms, carrier integrations, order‑management and warehouse‑management systems, and 3PL workflows.
• Produce clear reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into shipping spend, carrier performance and operational exceptions.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America with fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in ecommerce parcel shipping and logistics (DTC brand, online retailer, marketplace or 3PL serving ecommerce merchants).
• Experience must be focused on ecommerce order fulfilment, not solely freight forwarding, B2B logistics or warehouse roles.
• Availability to work an 8‑hour shift within US time zones (9 AM‑5 PM EST/CST/MST/PST).
