Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant to join our fast‑growing beauty e‑commerce team. Working remotely, you will support customers across multiple channels during the night shift (8 pm‑4 am Argentina time) and help ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor order and return flows across all sales channels to meet processing and shipping standards.
• Create and refine policies, workflows and macros that improve the quality of customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, internal requests and escalations, including order‑fraud cases.
• Communicate with the warehouse and other departments to coordinate resolutions.
• Identify and lead efficiency‑focused projects and process improvements.
• Produce weekly reports on inquiry trends for all channels.
• Analyse customer feedback to recommend operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team improvement.

Required skills

• Shopify or other e‑commerce platform experience.
