ECM Vice President - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will use your expertise to assess the accuracy and reasoning of AI‑generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Validate the logic and accuracy of AI outputs using real‑world financial scenarios.
• Challenge models with complex edge cases to identify reasoning gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
