E-Learning Instructional Designer (Remote, 6‑month contract)

About the role

This fully remote, six‑month contract position is for an E‑Learning Instructional Designer based in Argentina, collaborating with an Australian organization. You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, handling the full development lifecycle from storyboarding to LMS implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive multimedia learning materials using Articulate authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear, engaging online courses.
• Produce storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts aligned with learning objectives.
• Manage content in LMS and SCORM‑compliant environments, including quality assurance testing.
• Review existing programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in instructional design, education, or training.
• Strong visual design and storyboarding abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Articulate authoring tools.
• Practical knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards.
• Basic HTML and CSS for minor code adjustments.
• Familiarity with Moodle and Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred).
