Finance Lecturer for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help shape AI’s understanding of financial and economic reasoning. Your expertise will directly influence the accuracy and clarity of AI‑generated finance content used by millions.

Key responsibilities

• Review finance‑related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets.
• Evaluate the accuracy of concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Identify misconceptions, logical gaps, or unclear reasoning in AI‑generated financial content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality and clarity of AI financial reasoning.
• Flag common student misconceptions that AI systems replicate.

Required profile

• 3+ years teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable communicator able to deliver actionable, structured feedback.

Required skills

• Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Economics, or a related field (nice to have).
• Industry or applied finance experience such as investment banking, asset management, or consulting (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation or data labeling workflows (nice to have).
