E-Commerce Email Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time E‑Commerce Email Marketing Manager to lead email strategy and execution for multiple direct‑to‑consumer brands within a fast‑growing marketing agency. The role focuses on building lifecycle flows, managing campaign calendars, and driving revenue while improving retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own email marketing strategy and execution across several e‑commerce brands.
• Design, build, and optimize lifecycle automations such as welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, replenishment, and promotional flows.
• Plan and manage campaign calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Analyze performance metrics (revenue, CTR, CVR, deliverability, retention) and run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, messaging, and send timing.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and paid media teams to create on‑brand, high‑performing campaigns.
• Maintain Klaviyo accounts and related ESP tools, monitor list health, segmentation, and deliverability trends.
• Identify opportunities to boost customer lifetime value and stay current on e‑commerce email trends.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce email marketing experience.
• Deep expertise with Klaviyo (required).
• Proven ability to generate revenue through lifecycle and retention initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced agency environment.
