About the role

Decolure is looking for a DTC Operations Lead to own execution velocity for its Shopify direct‑to‑consumer channel. You will turn strategy into shipped results, ensuring that every piece of work – from ad campaigns to page builds – is delivered on‑time and moves key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily stand‑ups and execution pipelines for the DTC team.
Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Growth Marketer, Implementation Specialist, Creative Producers) to keep projects on brief and on schedule.
Monitor and improve the DTC readiness score, revenue, and margin through data‑driven decisions.
Allocate 70% of time to execution management, 20% to strategic decision‑making, and 10% to hands‑on analysis.

Required profile

Proven experience in Shopify‑based e‑commerce operations.
Strong background in direct‑to‑consumer marketing and paid media execution.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑first environment.
Conversational English.
