DTC Operations Lead (Remote)

About the role

Decolure is looking for a DTC Operations Lead to own execution velocity for its Shopify direct‑to‑consumer channel. You will turn strategy into shipped results, ensuring that every piece of work – from ad campaigns to page builds – is delivered on‑time and moves key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily stand‑ups and execution pipelines for the DTC team.
• Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Growth Marketer, Implementation Specialist, Creative Producers) to keep projects on brief and on schedule.
• Monitor and improve the DTC readiness score, revenue, and margin through data‑driven decisions.
• Allocate 70% of time to execution management, 20% to strategic decision‑making, and 10% to hands‑on analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Shopify‑based e‑commerce operations.
• Strong background in direct‑to‑consumer marketing and paid media execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑first environment.
• Conversational English.
