Director of Finance Operations (FinOps)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Finance Operations (FinOps) to lead treasury, cash‑flow, and overall financial operations. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will ensure liquidity, optimise capital use, and oversee cross‑border transactions while coordinating closely with Accounting, Operations, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s treasury, maintain daily liquidity and forecast cash flow on weekly, monthly and annual bases.
• Oversee bank balances, optimise working capital and invest surplus funds.
• Handle international payments, collections and foreign‑exchange compliance, defining hedging strategies.
• Lead the full accounts payable cycle and drive efficient collections, monitoring customer aging.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to guarantee accurate invoicing and reconciliation.
• Evaluate financing alternatives, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Control operating expenses, monitor budget execution, analyse variances and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in treasury, cash‑flow management and financial operations, preferably in technology or hardware sectors.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication in Spanish and English (minimum intermediate).
