About the role

Contáctica is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to design, strengthen, and scale its operating model. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate strategy into action, advise on operational health, and drive performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, improve, and govern cross‑functional operating processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the day‑to‑day operational engine: capacity planning, workload balancing, resource allocation, risk monitoring, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Creative, Media, Strategy, Technology, and Finance to enhance clarity, speed, and alignment.
• Analyze financial and operational data to improve profitability, utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance.
• Connect operations to growth by partnering on sales, solution design, delivery feasibility, technology enablement, and financial outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operations roles within high‑growth environments such as Martech, SaaS, technology, or consulting.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Comfort with complexity, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
