Director, Business Operations

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a senior leader to drive its Impact agenda across Latin America. Based in São Paulo, Mexico City or Buenos Aires, the Director will translate global sustainability, AI, education and employee impact strategies into regional programs that support commercial growth and societal benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the LATAM Impact strategy, aligning global commitments with local market needs.
• Lead policy and advocacy efforts with government and public‑sector stakeholders.
• Identify high‑impact grantees and startups, connecting them to Salesforce philanthropy and technology.
• Serve as the regional voice within the global Impact team, influencing worldwide planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Solution Engineering to embed Impact narratives into strategic accounts.
• Champion internal advocacy, ensuring Impact initiatives are integrated into employee communications and business unit priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in sustainability, policy or impact‑focused roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience working in or with Latin American markets.
