Digital Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager to join a global advertising agency that creates cross‑platform campaigns for theater, live entertainment, arts, culture and sports. The position is fully remote, serving clients across Latin America while reporting to the New York office.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage timelines, schedules and delivery of digital assets for multiple accounts.
• Own client communication to ensure projects meet agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead workflow across digital engagements, keeping tasks on track and within budget.
• Draft Scopes of Work and monitor adherence to scope, time and budget.
• Identify resource needs, anticipate bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, raise purchase orders and handle vendor invoicing.
• Negotiate fees with freelancers and external suppliers.
• Coordinate the production of digital content, including UX, mobile, display, social and technology solutions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English proficiency.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital production or project management.
• Strong understanding of digital design, development, UX/UI and SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.
