Digital Project Manager (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

Anderson Collaborative, a data‑driven growth marketing agency, is seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager to join its fully remote team. You will act as the operational glue that connects creative, technical and strategy teams, ensuring digital campaigns and web projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of multiple digital marketing and website projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, timelines and resource allocations.
• Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams (design, media buying, SEO, development) and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks early and adjust plans to keep deliverables on track and within budget.
• Validate final deliverables against Anderson Collaborative’s quality standards before client presentation.
• Maintain and update project‑management software daily to ensure full team visibility.

Required profile

• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience in a digital marketing, advertising or creative agency.
• Ability to work full‑time remotely during U.S. business hours (CST or EST).
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional organizational abilities in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with agency project‑management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday or Jira.
• Solid understanding of digital‑marketing channels including SEO, PPC and social media advertising.
• Knowledge of web‑development lifecycles.
