Digital Marketing Manager – Remote

About the role

Benson Law APC is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and amplify the firm’s impact. Working remotely, you will create and execute strategic content and paid‑media campaigns that support the firm’s mission of modernizing the legal experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish short‑form video content (60‑90 seconds) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels using DaVinci Resolve and Descript.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, optimize posting cadence per platform, and design thumbnails and graphics in Canva.
• Run, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, handling targeting, budgeting, and creative testing.
• Analyze weekly performance data, adjust strategies, and report results via Google Analytics.
• Lead vendor selection and management for a future Webflow website redesign, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Submit all content and creative to the attorney for final brand review before publishing.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, organized, and able to meet clear deadlines without micromanagement.
• Available for at least four hours of PST overlap each day.
• Strong English comprehension to edit legal content accurately.
