Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Ghost Sherpa, a fully remote digital marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise campaigns across search, social, display and programmatic media. You will partner with the Associate Director of Biddable Media, use data to drive ROI, manage budgets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns across search, social, display and programmatic channels.
• Partner with the Associate Director of Biddable Media to align strategy and performance goals.
• Analyse performance data to maximise ROI and report insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
• Coordinate with creative, analytics and account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee multiple client accounts remotely, using project‑management tools such as Asana.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on biddable media (PPC, display, programmatic).
• Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear client insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing several projects independently in a remote setting.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital marketing trends; experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
