Head of Marketing (CMO) – Global SaaS HR Tech

About the role

Humand, a fast‑growing HR‑tech SaaS platform operating in more than 50 countries, is seeking a Head of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer to lead its global marketing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will sit at the executive table and be accountable for the revenue contribution of marketing across LATAM, Brazil, EMEA and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi‑touch attribution model that links marketing activities to pipeline and MRR.
• Re‑design the full‑funnel measurement framework, including the “dark funnel” of PR, brand and offline efforts.
• Produce board‑level reporting on marketing performance, delivering real‑time metrics, levers and timelines.
• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy, translating it into regional plans for 50+ countries.
• Build a projection model that connects budget spend to demo generation, conversion rates and sales capacity.
• Allocate and defend global budget across paid media, brand, content, events and partnerships using data‑driven insights.
• Lead a 50+ person team covering Growth, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Data & Analytics, Design, Multimedia, Web, Brand & Content, and PR.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a multi‑disciplinary marketing organization at a senior level.
• Track record of scaling marketing operations efficiently in hyper‑growth environments.
• Ability to integrate diverse marketing specialties into a unified system with clear ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building attribution and measurement frameworks.
• Comfort presenting to CEOs, boards and investors.
