Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to boost our digital presence and e‑commerce performance across the LATAM region. This remote role combines influencer marketing, paid media management, and content planning to grow brand awareness and engagement for a fast‑growing beverage brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage influencers aligned with the brand, negotiate collaborations, and manage deliverables.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Designer to organize and plan social‑media content, generate ideas for reels, TikToks, and trending campaigns.
• Develop monthly content plans that align with brand strategy and current digital trends.
• Provide bi‑weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze ad and content metrics, and recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong track record coordinating influencers, creators, or UGC collaborations.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social‑media trends.
• Ability to blend creative thinking with performance‑driven strategies.
• Experience planning social‑media content calendars or campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience with US‑based brands or audiences and in wellness, beverage, CPG, fitness, or lifestyle sectors is a strong plus.
