Designer – Digital Ads & Creative Assets

About the role

As a Designer you will create innovative digital advertisements and visual assets for one of the world’s largest packaged‑goods brands. The position blends speed, style and scale, requiring you to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content across multiple digital channels while collaborating with a fast‑moving, AI‑forward team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop style proposals, concept mockups and prototypes for products, features and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Interpret and apply brand guidelines, delivering pixel‑perfect execution.
• Create interactive assets for social media and other digital platforms.
• Design and set up typical POS print media.
• Produce motion‑graphics storytelling that combines aesthetics and functionality.
• Support production quality assurance during roll‑outs across markets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital ads and advertising materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design.
• Proven ability to manage the full design process from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fast, flexible mindset ready to adapt to changing priorities.
• Awareness of social‑media dynamics and current design trends.
