About the role

DevUps is looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, build and maintain intelligent automation solutions that boost operational efficiency. The role is fully remote and focuses on transforming repetitive business processes into streamlined, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and define optimal solutions.
• Test, monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing bots, handling exceptions and orchestrating bot execution.
• Document automation designs, governance standards and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
• Proficiency in web scraping, API integration and database querying.
• Conversational English and full fluency in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism (any major RPA platform).
• Python programming.
• Visual Basic / VB.NET.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• API consumption and web‑scraping techniques.
