Delivery Manager for Technical Onboarding Center

About the role

The Delivery Manager for the Technical Onboarding Center (TOC) will own the technical onboarding of Google Cloud customers, coordinating with sales and engineering to ensure successful migrations and AI solution deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of TOC engagements with internal stakeholders.
• Provide delivery governance and ensure excellence across customer projects.
• Identify automation opportunities and introduce repeatable processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding experiences for new Google products.
• Manage risks, issues, and actions to meet expected outcomes and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with cloud deployments and migrations.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI and AI solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
