About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Associate in Deals Capital Markets PMA. You will support clients through complex transformational events, collaborating with global teams and guiding junior members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project coordination across capital markets accounting advisory workstreams.
• Support transaction advisory engagements through planning, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Develop and adapt project management framework materials for client needs.
• Organize timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for multiple initiatives.
• Interpret project data to inform recommendations and next steps.
• Review work products for consistency with professional and technical standards.
• Mentor junior team members on project management methods and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and streamline execution.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.

Required skills

• Demonstrated project coordination across transaction advisory workstreams.
• Application of project management frameworks to client engagements.
• Experience with PMO development methods in capital markets settings.
• Ability to interpret accounting and financial reporting issues for deal transactions.
