DDI Operations Engineer - Senior

About the role

The Senior DDI Operations Engineer will administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services across a global environment. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the health of the DDI infrastructure while supporting modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, including record management, scope configuration, and IP allocation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting DDI infrastructure, performing root cause analysis for critical events.
• Support migration and modernization projects, transitioning to global DDI platforms.
• Perform system administration tasks such as patching, upgrades, and configuration maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to implement changes and document procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise DDI environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux server environments and command‑line tools.
• Strong understanding of IP networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot network‑related issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

• Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, ThousandEyes
