Data Insights Associate

About the role

The Data Insights Associate develops, maintains, and enhances reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision‑making. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role transforms data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting requests, perform root‑cause analysis of data issues, and validate data quality across sources.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, optimize reporting datasets, and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present findings, and provide end‑user support for reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Power BI for report and dashboard development.
• SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
