Data Entry Strategist (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Data Entry Strategist to keep our marketing and recruiting data clean, connected, and usable. You will ensure that information flows smoothly between our tools and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Source contact and email information for prospects and candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Set up AI tools to generate personalized outreach messages at scale.
• Draft and send outreach emails and messages to prospective clients and passive candidates.
• Track outreach activity and follow up on responses in an organized manner.
• Identify relevant job postings and apply on behalf of active searches using prepared resumes.
• Monitor application status and coordinate next steps with the recruiting team.
• Check and manage inboxes, flagging and routing items that need attention.
• Monitor email deliverability and support domain/inbox health checks.
• Organize and maintain Excel/Google Sheets data files, cleaning and updating records accurately.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support marketing and recruiting teams.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in data entry, operations, or systems‑support roles.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new platforms quickly.
• Process‑minded, eager to improve messy workflows.
