Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our remote team based in Argentina. In this full‑time position you will design, develop and maintain robust data pipelines that power our analytics and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines for large‑scale data ingestion.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement and manage cloud‑based data warehousing solutions on AWS.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through automated testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot data‑related issues.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services for data processing.
• Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and optimization.
• Proven track record building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud‑based solutions.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile work environments.
