Cybersecurity Instructor – Full‑time Teaching Role

About the role

We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals to join TripleTen as full‑time instructors. You will guide bootcamp students through the fundamentals of cybersecurity, helping them build a solid career foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Host regular live Q&A sessions to unblock student progress.
• Provide personalized 1:1 video support for assignments and questions.
• Answer student inquiries via direct messages.
• Lead live lessons on core cybersecurity topics and industry‑relevant skills.
• Share professional insights and best practices with the learning community.
• Review student projects, write clear, actionable feedback, and ensure standards are met.
• Explain concepts, troubleshoot code, and clarify project requirements in text‑based support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Strong ability to explain complex topics to beginners.
• Patience and empathy for students new to the field.
• Fluent English (B1) and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Availability to dedicate 12–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Network architecture knowledge (flat vs segmented networks, DMZs, blast‑radius reduction).
• Authentication and access‑abuse expertise (privileged access, RDP, data‑export risks).
• Incident analysis using MITRE ATT&CK tactics.
• Log analysis and pattern detection.
• Python programming for log processing and scripting.
