Customer Support Representative (Spanish, French, English)

About the role

Mindy Support is looking for a multilingual Customer Support Representative to join its remote team. You will work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm CET, providing assistance to customers in Spanish, French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Manage social‑media messages and respond to general and order‑related questions.
• Resolve complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues to the technical department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer‑service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑support or call‑center environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and French (C1‑C2); English at B2 level.
• Problem‑solver, hard‑working, able to work under stress and collaborate in a team.
• Committed, reliable and motivated to deliver high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Genesis or Zendesk.
• Proficiency in G Suite applications.
• Basic computer requirements: stable internet (≥50 Mbps), 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or later.

What we offer

• $100 training bonus paid after successful probation.
• Trial period (2 months) at $1,000 / month; thereafter $1,000 / month plus up to $300 KPI bonus and a loyalty bonus system.
