Customer Success Coach

About the role

The Customer Success Coach will coordinate tailored language‑learning programs for professionals and their families, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. You will act as the main point of contact, coaching clients throughout their relocation assignments and driving utilization of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large caseloads while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate relocation management firms to position Global LT as the preferred language‑training provider.
• Advise customers on employer‑provided relocation benefits and oversee all transfer‑related activities, including third‑party suppliers.
• Conduct pre‑assignment briefings, provide ongoing coaching, and maintain regular contact throughout assignments.
• Ensure data integrity in Global LT’s database and generate status reports.
• Initiate customer‑satisfaction surveys where permitted and meet company metrics for utilization, responsiveness, and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent English; bilingual in English and at least one additional language.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑service focus.
• Team‑player with initiative, creativity, and self‑motivation.
• Ability to upsell products and manage conflict effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
