Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

About the role

We are seeking an organized and dependable Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to keep customers informed and ensure daily service operations run smoothly. The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, dispatching field staff, and managing changes throughout the day using ServiceTitan.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Gather accurate customer information, book jobs, schedule appointments, and maintain records in ServiceTitan.
• Dispatch field staff based on availability, location, skills, and job priority.
• Monitor schedules, adjust assignments for delays or urgent requests, and keep customers updated on arrival times and changes.
• Maintain accurate job details, work orders, and dispatch notes in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with field staff and management to resolve service issues and handle customer concerns.

Required profile

• Prior hands‑on experience with ServiceTitan, including job booking, scheduling, dispatch, and customer record management.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or office administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, patient approach.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests in a busy environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 8am‑5pm EST.
