Customer Retention Representative – Remote

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a motivated Customer Retention Representative to re‑engage inactive users of a leading cryptocurrency kiosk platform. This remote, revenue‑driving position focuses on turning dormant customers into loyal advocates through consultative conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls and send SMS messages to inactive customers.
• Analyze customer data to prioritize outreach based on revenue potential and inactivity patterns.
• Explain platform benefits, crypto products, and value‑added services in clear, accessible language.
• Handle objections and competing offers with empathy, using promotions and incentive codes to create urgency.
• Log all interactions and outcomes accurately in CRM tools to maintain a clean pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative selling or customer retention.
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills across diverse customer profiles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention targets.
• Ability to simplify complex cryptocurrency concepts for everyday consumers.
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Current residence in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
