Customer Insights Specialist

About the role

Carrier is looking for a Customer Insights Specialist to drive global customer, brand and market research initiatives. The role combines qualitative and quantitative research, insight synthesis and executive‑level storytelling to influence strategy and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end qualitative and quantitative research projects across multiple markets.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Create executive‑ready presentations and visual storytelling, including video and audio content editing.
• Manage external research vendors and ensure delivery quality and timelines.
• Support strategic programs such as Brand Health Equity Tracking and customer experience initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research or customer experience.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for senior‑level presentations.
• Experience editing video and audio for insight storytelling.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project‑management tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Preferred: experience with Qualtrics and AI‑based research tools.
