Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing (DTC)

About the role

SkyHouse Agency is seeking a performance‑driven Creative Strategist to own the creative direction and results of multiple direct‑to‑consumer offers. You will work at the intersection of psychology, data, copywriting and execution, leading rapid creative iteration for paid acquisition campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of assigned offers and be accountable for results.
• Develop and manage creative testing roadmaps based on data, customer psychology and business priorities.
• Generate new campaign angles, hooks, concepts and high‑performing copy for paid ads.
• Direct designers and video editors, providing clear feedback on assets.
• Monitor funnel metrics and split‑test results, using analytics tools to identify next tests.
• Draft weekly performance reports with insights, KPIs and recommended actions.
• Track tasks and progress in ClickUp.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable with change.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Passion for human psychology and its impact on advertising.
• Excellent copywriting skills that capture attention and drive action.
• Willingness to own projects end‑to‑end and be accountable for outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads platform.
• Experience with YouTube Ads platform.
• Proficiency in ClickUp for task and project management.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into creative workflows.
