Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to shape the creative direction of our fast‑growing e‑commerce portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will translate customer insights, market research and performance data into compelling ad concepts that drive growth across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers, competitors, market trends and ad libraries to uncover creative opportunities.
• Convert motivations, objections and buying triggers into creative angles, hooks, messages and offers.
• Develop ad concepts, scripts, storyboards, UGC directions, landing‑page ideas and campaign angles.
• Write clear creative briefs that align objectives, target audience and performance goals.
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers, copywriters and creators to ensure creative output meets growth targets.
• Build and maintain a structured creative process, track performance and iterate on winning concepts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable creative direction.
• Excellent understanding of customer psychology and brand positioning.
• Proactive collaborator who can work closely with cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with trends on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
