About the role

We are a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand seeking a Creative Strategist who blends performance‑driven thinking with a passion for compelling visual storytelling. You will lead the ideation, testing, and execution of high‑impact ad creative that drives conversions across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative ideation and strategy from concept through execution for multiple brands.
• Lead brief creation, manage expectations and align cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to analyze ad performance data and uncover new creative angles.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and a team of editors, designers, and freelancers.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap prioritizing high‑impact concepts.
• Source inspiration from competitors, platform trends and cultural moments.
• Report on creative performance, linking results to business goals.
• Maintain an organized creative tracker and testing log in Notion.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in creative strategy, performance creative or paid social at a high‑growth DTC brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response copywriting and marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, test‑heavy environment and motivate a team.
• Curiosity for data‑driven insights and a habit of collecting inspiration.
