Creative Strategist – Acquisition

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a Creative Strategist – Acquisition to lead the creative direction of high‑volume direct‑response campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google. You will own the end‑to‑end process from concept to performance analysis, helping millions of customers discover and purchase our DTC brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies for product funnels, defining hooks, angles and ad structures that drive ROAS and CTR.
• Manage daily media spend of $500K+ across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, continuously optimizing creative assets.
• Run weekly AdBattery diagnostics to monitor ad freshness, fatigue and variety.
• Design and implement A/B testing plans for copy, visuals and formats, iterating quickly based on data.
• Leverage UGC, platform trends and format‑specific storytelling to push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with Creative Operations, copywriters and video editors to ensure seamless production.
• Partner with Growth and Data teams to align creative tactics with funnel performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct‑response advertising (DTC or agency).
• Proven record of delivering high‑converting video and image ads at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, hook rate and view rate.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give clear feedback to creators.
