Creative Project Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead multiple video and creative production projects from start to finish. Working remotely, you will act as the central hub for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of creative projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Oversee video production workflows, aligning editors, designers, and producers.
• Maintain proactive client communication and anticipate needs throughout each project lifecycle.
• Document progress using project‑management tools and regular status updates.
• Resolve challenges quickly, leveraging available resources to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in creative environments such as video production, marketing, or design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.
