Project & Program Management Associate Manager

About the role

As an Associate Manager in Program & Project Management within a creative studio, you will own the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations while promoting best practices across the subfunction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project delivery, develop and maintain project plans, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project health metrics, run Workfront with best‑practice guidance, and ensure accurate resource planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and facilitate clear communication across teams.
• Identify and resolve issues, drive innovative solutions, and champion continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑impact projects in a creative environment.
• Strong focus on operational health, including resource management, forecasting, and budget oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and adaptability across cross‑regional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Workfront and similar project management platforms (e.g., SynOps).
• Resource planning, budget tracking, and data analysis capabilities.
