Creative Brand Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Brand Consultant to act as the trusted advisor for our clients after the sale. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring each customer feels uniquely valued while guiding them through branding, design, and marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal production teams (designers, developers, marketers, printers).
• Communicate promptly, anticipate issues and resolve them before they impact the client.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships, making each client feel like the only one.
• Provide strategic advice on branding, logo design, web presence, and digital marketing.
• Deliver a consistent five‑star experience throughout the project lifecycle.
