Country Manager – Payments (Argentina)

About the role

RedotPay is seeking a Country Manager to lead its payment operations in Argentina. The role combines regulatory oversight, business development, partnership building and brand leadership to drive the adoption of Web3 payment solutions across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee licensing and regulatory compliance, managing applications for VASP, EMI, MSB or other regional crypto/fintech licences.
• Develop and execute a scalable business strategy to grow B2B and B2C adoption of Web3 payment products.
• Identify new revenue streams and expand into verticals such as DeFi, e‑commerce and remittances.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with blockchain networks, fintech firms, banks, merchants, exchanges, wallets and payment processors.
• Define and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including digital campaigns, PR, community engagement and thought‑leadership activities.
• Build and lead an executive team, manage fundraising activities and ensure operational excellence and financial sustainability.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, payments or blockchain.
• Proven track record securing financial licences (crypto, payments or banking).
• Strong background in business development, partnership negotiation and marketing within Web3 or fintech environments.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi and digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a fast‑paced startup.
