Country Manager, Argentina

About the role

Lead Canva’s growth in Argentina by shaping and executing a multi‑year strategy that drives user acquisition and revenue. This fully remote position reports to the regional team and works across marketing, sales, product and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own KPIs such as MAUs and ARR, coordinating local and global teams.
• Localise product, content, pricing and packaging to suit Argentine market dynamics.
• Hire, inspire and coach the in‑market team, managing performance with local speciality leads.
• Partner with regional marketing to shape strategy and budget deployment.
• Build high‑value relationships with enterprise, education, government and partnership stakeholders.
• Represent Canva publicly in press, events and community activities.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience scaling a market for a SaaS or startup.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to grow and coach high‑performing teams.
• Strong communicator fluent in English, capable of influencing global and local stakeholders.
• Analytical focus on KPIs and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Product‑oriented with experience localising a global product.
• Alignment with Canva’s mission and values, with solid references.
