Commercial Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will provide essential day-to-day administrative support tasks connected to our Key Account Managers. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams and clients simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Internal administrative tasks, process management, support for the commercial area, and alignment with all departments.
• Update internal databases with account information from collaborating departments and maintain accuracy in communications and documentation.
• Cooperate with Legal, Finance, Operations, compliance, marketing, and promotions for seamless service.
• Contribute insights in team discussions, identify issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Assist in organizing client events, team gatherings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Manage a substantial number of client accounts, providing dedicated support and effective solutions.

Required profile

• Organizational and administrative proficiency to handle tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team collaboration ability to support Account Managers and work with various departments.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
