Corporate Strategy Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI Assistant models. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, ensuring logical accuracy and improving model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Assess AI‑generated content for correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented finance professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
