Corporate Development Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI Assistant models, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to improve model quality. This role supports our expansion into AI tools for finance professionals, using your expertise to shape how AI understands financial principles and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Deliver diverse and complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their performance for correctness and quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required.
