Corporate Accounts Assistant

About the role

Join our Latin America operations team as a Corporate Accounts Assistant, supporting client loyalty, retention, and portfolio growth. You will work in a hybrid model from Buenos Aires, bridging client relations with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client presentations and support account launches in Spanish and English.
• Prepare usage and utilization reports to provide actionable insights for account managers.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships through coordination and communications.
• Update client information across company platforms and manage distribution of marketing materials.
• Represent the team at client events, handling logistics and promotional materials.
• Follow up on strategic tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain cross‑functional partnerships with account managers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Less than 2 years of experience in account support, client services or similar roles.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Forms, Sheets, Calendar) – training provided if needed.
