Contract Negotiator 1, Clinical Research

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Contract Negotiator (Contract Specialist) to join its Country Site Activation team in Argentina. The position is fully home-based and involves contract negotiations with research sites and site activation activities at country level, in line with local and international regulations, SOPs and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for assigned studies with investigative sites, the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments.
• Negotiate contracts with research sites and perform site activation activities according to regulations, SOPs and work instructions.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project-specific information.
• Review, track and follow up the progress, approval and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, ICF and Investigator Pack release documents.
• Provide local expertise to Site Activation Managers and the project team during planning, and perform quality control of documents provided by sites.
• May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives.

Required profile

• Health sciences degree.
• 2 years of clinical research experience in contract negotiations with clinical research sites.
• Advanced command of English.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Desirable: experience in regulatory submissions and imports/exports following clinical protocol authorization in the country.
