Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will lead the end‑to‑end contracting process, ensuring contracts are negotiated, reviewed, and executed in line with business objectives and legal risk standards. This role requires close collaboration with legal, procurement, finance, and other cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments and related legal contracts.
• Review, redline, and approve contractual terms covering liability, indemnification, insurance, IP, confidentiality, data privacy, information security, termination rights, and other risk areas.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including procurement, legal, privacy, information security, finance, and business owners—to resolve issues and drive timely execution.
• Identify, assess, and escalate contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks, recommending mitigation strategies and documenting approved risk positions.
• Maintain negotiation records, version control, and audit‑ready documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent legal qualification).
• 2–4 years of core negotiation experience, preferably as a bilingual paralegal or lawyer.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong internal stakeholder management, data/information handling, project management and performance measurement skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, financial and market analysis, and supplier management.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
