Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will lead the end‑to‑end contracting process, ensuring contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and executed in line with business objectives while mitigating legal and commercial risk. This role requires close collaboration with legal, procurement, finance, and other cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments and other legal contracts.
• Review, redline and approve contractual terms covering liability, indemnification, insurance, IP, confidentiality, data privacy, information security, termination rights, and related risk areas.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including procurement, legal, privacy, information security, finance, and business owners—to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
• Identify, assess and escalate contractual, regulatory and commercial risks, recommending mitigation strategies and documenting approved risk positions.
• Maintain negotiation records, version control and audit‑ready documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• B.S./B.A. in Law (or equivalent legal qualification).
• 2–4 years of core negotiation experience, preferably as a bilingual paralegal or lawyer.
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships and drive projects to completion.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and detail‑orientation skills.
