Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will lead the end‑to‑end contracting process, ensuring contracts are reviewed, negotiated and executed efficiently while protecting the company’s legal and commercial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments and other legal contracts, balancing business objectives with legal and risk requirements.
• Review, redline and approve contractual terms related to liability, indemnification, insurance, intellectual property, confidentiality, data privacy, information security, termination rights and other risk areas in line with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including procurement, legal, privacy, information security, finance and business owners—to resolve issues and drive timely execution.
• Identify, assess and escalate contractual, regulatory and commercial risks, recommending mitigation strategies and documenting approved risk positions.
• Maintain negotiation records, version control and audit‑ready documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bilingual paralegal or lawyer with 2–4 years of core negotiation experience.
• Proven ability to handle supplier MSAs, navigate complex legal terms and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of corporate risk mitigation in contractual contexts.
