Content Project Manager – Automotive Tech

About the role

As a Content Project Manager in the automotive sector, you will lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives from inception to delivery. You will partner with program leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations while assembling the right mix of skills for each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies and resource needs.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and status reporting cadences.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls and financial monitoring to support profitability.
• Coordinate vendor payments and assist in proposal creation as required.
• Identify, document and mitigate risks via a formal risk register.
• Facilitate decision‑making, change control and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Allocate resources and cast optimal team compositions.
• Serve as primary client and senior leadership contact, delivering executive‑level reporting.
• Enforce project governance, documentation standards and delivery quality practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of project management experience in tech or software, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑facing communication skills.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, hybrid delivery models.
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Project tracking tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• Budget management, cost controls, forecasting and financial monitoring.
• Experience with AI‑augmented environments and AI‑powered automation tools.
