Content Growth Manager – Remote

About the role

Go Offer connects IT specialists with job opportunities in the US and Europe using AI‑driven matching, mentorship, and automated search tools. We are looking for a Content Growth Manager to design and run our organic growth engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube. This role focuses on strategy and growth, using content as the primary acquisition channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a cross‑platform content strategy that drives followers, leads, and sales.
• Plan publishing calendars, experiment with new formats, and scale successful tactics.
• Analyse performance data to identify growth levers and optimise content.
• Write posts, script video scripts, and adapt material for each platform.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) to accelerate content creation.
• Interview internal experts and mentors to turn expertise into shareable content.
• Brief and manage external contractors such as designers, video editors, copywriters, and media buyers.
• Oversee community engagement, including comments, DMs, partnerships, and Telegram community growth.
• Report on analytics and continuously propose new growth hypotheses.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing social media channels with measurable results.
• Experience building a content strategy from scratch.
• Strong LinkedIn expertise.
• Excellent copywriting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently without detailed direction.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily workflow.
• Nice to have experience in EdTech, HRTech, career services, or B2C products.
