Content Design Associate

About the role

The Content Design Associate works with product teams to translate updates into employee‑first self‑help content, ensuring clarity and usability across internal portals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in product team sessions to gather content needs and capture requirements.
• Develop persona‑driven self‑help articles, how‑to guides, and release updates.
• Maintain content inventories, maps, and journey‑aligned plans for assigned product areas.
• Monitor content performance signals (ratings, usefulness, adoption) and share insights with stakeholders.
• Identify knowledge gaps, support lightweight research, and consolidate employee pain points for escalation.
• Apply content standards, perform QA checks, and coordinate approvals before publishing on the Ask JPMC portal.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, knowledge management, communications, or UX content.
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, structured content for self‑service audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret basic performance indicators and summarize insights.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
